Model 3DDSX11 Double Disc Pumps
The 3DDSX11 from Penn Valley Pump is the ultimate in positive displacement pumps. The most common application for this pump model is small screw press and rotary press feed applications. It is also used frequently in lime slurry feed and transfer applications. Its Maintain In Place ™ hinged housing design reduces the complexity of maintaining the pump, as well as allows it to be rebuilt without having to move it or disturb the piping during maintenance. The cast iron 3DDSX11 has a displacement of 0.11 gal/rev at 60 feet TDH at 300 RPM. It has a typical flow range of up to 70 GPM and an operating speed up to 400 RPM.
